Our Booking Process and cancellation fee

*Some areas may be charged an addition cost for fuel however this will be quoted while booking
*Out of hours appointments may incur a fee  however this will be quoted while booking
*A fully refundable booking fee of £10 is to be paid to secure your booing. A cancellation fee of £30 (£10 securing fee and £20 cancellation fee) will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.
All cancellations with 48 hours notice will have their securing fee fully refunded.
